"Health Dimensions" (referred to as "the Application") is a frontend-only wellness visualization tool. We are deeply committed to data privacy. Because the Application operates entirely within your web browser, we do not collect, store, transmit, or have access to any of your personal or health data.

1. Direct Local Control (No Server Transmission)

Any data you input into the Health Dimension Survey, including your name (or initials) and tracking metrics, is computed directly within your local runtime environment. No data is sent to an external server or cloud service.

2. Browser Storage Mechanics

To allow you to track your temporal development over time, the Application utilizes your browser’s local storage mechanisms.

• This data remains cached locally in your specific browser on your specific device.
• You can clear this historical dataset at any time by clearing your browser cache or using the data management tools built into the application dashboard.

3. Data Portability & Cryptographic Export (LSB Steganography)

The Application features a tool allowing you to securely export your global history.

• This feature compiles your data into an encrypted payload array embedded within the pixels of a PNG file using Least Significant Bit (LSB) steganography.
• Your Security Responsibility: Because this file contains your historical wellness data, you are entirely responsible for the security, storage, and transmission of the generated PNG file once it is downloaded to your local device.

4. Compliance with Canadian and International Standards

While the Application’s architecture inherently satisfies the core tenants of PIPEDA (Canada) and the GDPR (European Union) by ensuring data never leaves your possession, you retain full ownership rights:

• Right to Erasure / Access: You exercise full control over your data. You can access it via the Chart.js visual dashboard or destroy it permanently via your browser settings.

The 6-dimension tracking framework (Physical, Emotional, Mental, Social, Ecological, Spiritual) and the subsequent Chart.js radar visualizations are strictly intended for self-reflection, personal exploration, and wellness tracking. Always seek the advice of a qualified physician or healthcare provider regarding any medical condition or mental health concerns. Never disregard professional medical advice because of something visualized on this dashboard.

2. Data Loss & Storage Constraints

Health Dimentions Application does not store any user data locally or globally, and keeps client privacy as top priority.

Users are permitted to use the application keyboard navigation engines (Numpad controls 1-5) and custom UI interfaces as intentionally delivered. Any attempt to reverse-engineer or inject malicious code payloads into the custom LSB image parser is strictly at the user's own legal risk.

4. Limitation of Liability

Health Dimensions is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind. In no event shall the creators or contributors of this application be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use, misuse, or inability to use the dashboard tools.
